This letter is to formally propose an Architectural Review for a project located at 123 Main Street. The proposed changes involve renovating the exterior of the residence with updated paint. We feel that this project will enhance the aesthetic of Heritage Park while adhering to the established HOA standards. We're thrilled to share some exciting updates on the Heritage Park Landscaping Project! The team has been diligently laboring to bring this vision to life, and substantial/ notable/ considerable development has been made. Recently, our skilled gardeners have been planting/sowing/establishing a vibrant array of shrubs that will transform the park's landscape.
